We first used him after an emergency on a weekend back in 2022 when our front door lock was broken and they were there within the hour where the house was made secure with a temporary lock until parts could be obtained and fitted the next day. I asked Steve to have a look at my PVC front door, he arrived when he said he was going to and was very thorough in looking at the locking mechanism, he was unable to just simply switch the mechanism and get it working again so he placed a temporary lock in and took the lock strip away to attempt to fix. Unfortunately, Steve was unable to fix our original lock strip but was very quick to offer a solution of building a lock strip fit our door, this was all completed within 3 days with no hiccups whatsoever. Steve was very efficient and was very professional in the work he performed for me and I’m over the moon that the door works perfectly now and at a very reasonable price.
